Is it John Kerry? Is it Maxine Waters? Is it Charlie Rangel? No, none quite so famous.It is Nebraska State Senator Kent Rogert we're talking about.
Everyone knows how Rogert avoided paying sales tax on his boat for seven or so years while he was actively trying to sell it as a 'boat dealer.' Somehow, he found a lot more time to use it over those years than to make ANY EFFORT to sell it. Seems he and John Kerry do have something in common here.
Now we are told that Rogert seldom has to pay for his lunch while 'working' at the State Capitol. In fact, it seems that when no one else is offering he actively seeks out a certain young, single female lobbyist from a major Lincoln lobbying firm who seems more than willing to save poor Kent, who can pay his taxes on a $30,000 some boat, from paying for his lunch!
We've advocated an increase in salaries for our state senators and it certainly appears that it would help poor Kent pay his taxes and for his lunches!

I heard the lobbyist is married! And I also heard his opponent has just raised thousands of dollars at a Lincoln fund raiser. The gloves are off and it may be decided by nothing more than Clinton like behavior
