With the likes of the four Suttle marionettes (including TAX AND SPEND TOM MULLIGAN) about to pass the police union contract which is itself a vote for the mayor's outrageous spending and tax increase we thought it was interesting to consider where all the policemen/policewomen liveOf the 822 on the force 300 (36%) live in the city, 214 (26%) live within the current wheel tax assessment area while 266 (32%) live in another county and 42 (5%) live in another state. So, in other words 74% of our police force doesn't even pay City of Omaha property taxes and 37% don't even pay city wheel taxes.
If you get your donuts for free at Krispy Kreme the entertainment/food tax apparently doesn't matter much either.

Not sure about the police officers or fire fighters but ALL City Civilian employees MUST pay the wheel tax on one of their cars. Doesn't matter where they live.
All city employees are required to pay the wheel tax, no matter where they live. Yet, another example of the unknown author running off at the head while uninformed...and it continues.
