We don't normally deal in non-political issues, but we are hearing lots of talk about this. Allegedly, there is an issue involving the Nebraska football program that is not being reported and it involves Bo Pelini's brother Carl. Lots of Internet rumors about Carl allegedly having an affair with a major Nebraska donor's daughter. Also some talk that T.O. has suggested that Carl has to go, but brother Bo said that if Carl goes so does he.

So far, this is all internet rumor, and probably should, for the time being, be left to the sports blogs!
I have no knowledge of the truth or lack thereof, but in the summer of '07, precisely this same rumor was bouncing around the blogosphere about a Kansas U. coach! You can Google this one as well!
The Right Wing Professor posted something on his blog a month or two ago about a cover-up going on at UNL...not sure this is it...might have been the 600.00 pen. I think this is one to sit on.
The exact same thing was said about Solich after he left. This is nothing more than a famous "internet rumor"
Report out tonight that they are finalizing the assistant coaches contracts.
This is bogus. the rumor has been around a while and when it started, the aleged affair was with the "wife" of a booster.
