Senate Seats

It gives one a little pause to think about the upcoming U.S. Senate seat appointments. The replacement for Barack Hussein Obama in Illinois will no longer be appointed by soon-to-go-to-jail Governor Blagojevich, but no doubt by the Illinois legislature. The New York senate seat replacement for Hillary will be decided by "Let's have a three-some" Governor David Paterson who filled in for "just-one-more-quickie" deposed governor Eliot Spitzer. No doubt, Caroline Kennedy will get that spot as she embarks on a future White House run. Then, you have the replacement for vice-president elect Biden who has ensured the future of his son as the ultimate senator from his state (in two years) through the interim appointment of Biden's long-time aide.

Draw your own conclusions.
